Lunch is a great deal dinner is a little pricy considering you don't get much more than a lunch order. Meals are really tasty I enjoy the massaman, green curry, prad prig king, and Peanut satay (prama long song?). It's a little noisy because it's a big open room but not too bad. Grab a friend and go grab some grub...Thai hot is hot so be ready if you like hot as much as I do you may even be in for a surprise depending on who's cooking in the kitchen.

This place is absolutely OVERPRICED. I live in New York City and this place is more expensive than a comparable restaurant with probably nicer ambiance in New York City. Chicken Panang - $15 Chicken Basil - $15 Carrot Salad - $8 Chicken Basil is very good. I can give them that. Chick Panang is just so average. There isn't much curry in the bowl, so it looks more like a stir-fried. Carrot Salad is the WORST ever! Here are the ingredients in my plate, carrots, peanuts, 2 slices of cucumbers and 4 small leaves of lettuces. This only worth $3. It is SO AWFUL...I am so upset. I am Thai, born and raised - this is very embarrassing for Thai people. These are what MISSING in my carrot salad: cherry tomato, dried shrimp, green beans, garlic

Came here for dinner one night with my husband. We shared tom yum soup and drunken noodles. I forgot the price, maybe around $15 each, which I thought was fine... but when we finally got our food, the portion was sooo small and didn't fill us up at all! The noodles were on the hard side, like they didn't cook it long enough, and the soup was fine. It's a beautiful restraurant though, but I don't think we'll be coming back.

Upon entrance to Chang Thai Cuisine your are greeted by a beautiful setting and escorted to very nice tables with even nicer menus. Your first thought should be,"This is going to be expensive." I started with the $3.00 Thai iced tea. It lasted three sips. After perusing the menu, I settled on the Green Curry. For $2 more I had a few vegetables added. The lowest setting was "hot" and that it was. Who my lips still burn. I had a small bowl of sticky brown rice with it. Included. Overall it was okay, but I was surprised by the prices. Bangkok Happy Bowl in Aspen is half the price, better, & gives more food.

I came here for lunch around 2pm. As I walked in I was surprised by the interior design. It's very classy! The restaurant was pretty empty at this time, so it was needless to say our service was great. When we sat down, I saw they have Thai iced tea and I immediately ordered it. I've tried the tea in Chicago, LA, NY, and DC so my expectations were quite high and I am surprised to say this is one of the best Thai teas I've had!! I became so excited about everything else after ordering. We ordered a shrimp pad Thai and a chicken sweet and sour. The lunch menu brings has a spring roll and soup included. These two appetizers are just what you would expect, nothing special. But it's complimentary, so no complains from me. The two entrees tasted fine, but my only complain is the protein to noodles ratio. The price of the dishes is about $10 each and yet the protein is barely noticeable. For example, my pad Thai had only 5 shrimps. I think for the price you're paying, you're expected to receive more. After ending our entrees, I ordered the mango sticky rice and the Thai custard sticky rice. I'm a fan of this dessert so I just had to order both. They were both delicious!! If you will order only one, I recommend ordering the Thai custard one. This one tasted fresher and just better overall. TL:DR Outstanding Thai tea Forgettable entrees Delicious sticky rice Great service

I'm not much for the asthetics of the places I eat at nor the services. However, Chang's decor is very clean and refreshing with very nice staffs. We were very skeptical at eating here simply because its a thai eatery out in the middle of the mountains in colorado... How authentic could it be??? My girlfriend and i have eaten thai food all over the U.S and Changs is by far one of the more authentic places we have eaten at. I had the massaman curry and my gf had the drunken noodles. Both dishes were delicious and were the lunch special. It came with soup of the day and thai spring rolls. I highly recommend their sticky sweet rice with mango topped off with coconut milk. If your an avid tea drinker then you will appreciate the after taste of their thai tea. The chef uses a hefty portion of tea leaves for their brew. Overall the pricing of Changs compared to the other thais places we've been to is very cheap. With two lunch specials, dessert, and the tea, our total came out to be $29.32. This meal could have easily been $40-45 at our usual thai places out in chicago, new orleans, or even omaha. Hope you guys find the place enjoyable!

This is definitely one of the best Thai places in Colorado. I've tried almost every Thai place along the front range, and few hold a candle to this place. The same is true about Thai places on the West Coast, where I've lived also. The drunken noodles are excellent. Contrary to other reviews, I thought that the portion size was more than adequate. This is coming from a guy who kills a large pizza on his own weekly and two if challenged. I'm not sure what kind of hog trough the other reviewers are used to eating out of because I brought home leftovers. There was plenty of meat in the dish, more so than most other Thai places. Granted, they may have increased the portions to 'Merica size since those other reviewers posted, but, in any respect, don't let those few comments about portion size dissuade you.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, warm and inviting inside. The best Crab Rangoon I have had in a long time. The Drunken Noodles are wonderful, and so is the Salmon.

Visiting Glenwood from Denver and stopped for some take out. Ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp to go... When she told me the total was $21.50 I was shocked! The food was good, but for a dish of noodles... lots and lots of noodles with just six small shrimp, and about the same amount of chicken, I have to say I won't be back. Only other comment... Be careful! I ordered the least spicy, and it was extremely hot.

The food was very tasty and full of flavor. We ordered basil fried rice, red and Penang curry. The only thing to make sure it the "spice level". We ordered number 3(spice level-wow) which was extremely spicy. Overall the food was good.

Had lunch there today - fast and friendly service, really nice atmosphere, and the food was good. I was in the mood for Pad Thai, even though there were more interesting things on the menu. I ordered it with tofu and spice level 2 (scale of 1-3). The spice was weak but I added my own from the yummy little chili cart my server brought me (three chili options on the cart to kick up your dish), and then it was perfect. I will definitely be back. Can't beat the lunch special price, either. I got out for $11 including tax and tip.

Great Thai food, as good or better than anything in Denver. Maddy was a great server and the manager was very attentive.

I grew up with Thai neighbors in LA and know my Thai Food. The food at Chang tries to be authentic but forgets items in traditional dishes. The service is cold, the dining room is cafeteria style feeling. The food is extremely over priced and the portions are TINY. I believe the owners are the same as a place in Ridgeway where they too try to get away with charging $18 for Organic Chicken Pad Thai with 3 pieces of chicken covered in inexpensive rice noodles. Save your money and eat Thai Food when you are in Los Angeles. If you know your Thai food, this place will dissapointed you AND your wallet.

Among the best Thai food I've had in Colorado (including Denver and the front range). We tried two different noodle dishes and an order of the veggie spring rolls. I had drunken noodles with tofu and my husband had pad thai. Both noodle dishes had a good, developed flavor. The pad thai seemed to get tastier by the bite and there was a nice ginger taste in the drunken noodles. The spring rolls were perfection. I asked about their use of MSG -- they do not add any to their dishes, but some of their ingredients/spices might contain some amount of it. Can't wait to try their curries next time around. The staff were incredibly helpful and receptive to feedback. A+ My only two disappointments were that they do not offer papaya or mango salad on the menu, and the entree prices seemed a bit high (most noodle dishes start at $14 and increase depending on your preferred protein) for Glenwood Springs. The good news is that they serve lunch and the prices (and portions) are much more in my desired price range. Will definitely be returning in the future! Please check them out -- if you are a fan of Thai cuisine, you will not be disappointed.

Was good food, service was wonderful, I had the mixed vegetables with chicken in brown sauce and had them add some spicy. Chicken was a little rubbery not fixed the way I like it but I'm sure it's good for most, I'm just picky. Too many other good places in the area so may not be back, as I am just passing through.

This place is 50% more expensive than typical Thai food. The food is OK but some of it feels like it fell off the Cisco truck.... not like there us a Thai chef in the back. I have eaten here 4 times and would recommend the noodle dishes. Drunken noodles and pad Thai are solid. Not great though. I eat here for lunch because I feel like the dinner is too expensive.

Went to Chang Thai restaurant a couple of times with my husband, we had drunken noodles with pork which it ok I believe I got 4-5 thin pieces of pork for lunch portion $8 and my husband had pra ram rong song( steam veggies topped with peanut sauce) he liked it but he said abit spicy!!! Service wasn't that great,,,slow!!! we were only two tables in the restaurant in that time so sever wasn't busy from what we saw!! But our water glasses were empty!!! Overall is ok so I will give this restaurant for 2 stars as of now

Great to find another good place to eat in Glenwood! The food was fresh and well presented and tasted great! The service was attentive without being annoying. The food arrived quickly and was the correct temperature. The owner brought us a complimentary dish to try which was a very nice touch. The building is attractive, light and open. We will be back on our next visit.

This place is AWESOME!!! GREAT Thai Food, GREAT atmosphere...this place needs to stay in Glenwood! Exciting to finally have some decent Thai food nearby (I live in Gypsum). And not just decent...DELICIOUS!!! It opened February 14th of this year and I think I've been here about 30 times. Never once had a disappointing meal--always excellent, and the staff are wonderful and attentive. It is NOT overpriced. The "Thai" place in Carbondale is way more expensive, and you really can't get authentic Thai food like this anywhere else around (I've tried everywhere else that claims to have Thai food within about a 50 mile radius of Gypsum). Dinner will run you about $12 to $20 per person depending on whether you get drinks/appetizers. The lunch special is under $10 so if you are concerned about price check this out! You won't regret it--eat here and support this wonderful and new locally owned business! Very much agree with the review that this is comparable to or even better than Thai food in the front range--you can't beat it! There is also free wifi--as an extra perk!

The food was really good. I got the Tofu Pad Thai and it was really tasty. The service was very good also. The prices were a little on the higher side, but nothing too crazy. Would come back again.

Best Thai I've had in Colorado! When I ordered the Pad Thai, they asked how hot I wanted it and I knew I was in the right place. We stopped in for lunch and were very pleased with both the food and the service. Great Pad Thai and their Thai spring rolls were excellent as well. They have a lot of interesting choices on the menu, so we'll have to go back soon to try some more of them.

The food is amazing. Really superb. My husband and I have eaten lunch twice about 6-8 weeks apart. I'm giving it a three because both times we have had horrible service. First time we had prompt service with drinks and soup but apparently they forgot to place our order and never came to check on us. Barely an apology from the manager. Second time we were seated and then nothing. Had to get up and ask waitress not only to take our drink order, but lunch order and give us our check as well. Both times restaurant was only 1/4 full and there were at least 4 waitresses. We will go back for food but probably do takeout.
